Holiday season is officially launched in Chicago. If you come pitchforks or Lollapalooza music festival, do not miss the other parts of the city has to offer. Come on, do a tour
There is no getting your travel FIX- in Chicago has some awesome things to see and do no shame. If you want to break from the heat, the Art Institute, near the Lollapalooza music festival, is home to some of the country's best art (and clean bathrooms)'s. If you're more into street art, go directly to Plzen. Although there is no amazing art is found in almost all planes, the 16th Street mural project sponsored by a Member of the nearby famous and block by block and not-so-famous mural artists. In Pilsen, eat any Mexican restaurant, the Honky Tonk BBQ or Nightwood.

You can race in one day, at Wrigley Field. (To do this, even if you do not like baseball - Winnie is terrible, it's all about the people see it) when you're in the vicinity, drop into the alley to get something pierced, or just check out the corner, making the 1990s cool for many of us: Clark and Belmont.

Chicago people like to go on something.canvas prints If this is the Hancock Center your jam, head of the Sears Tower or the signature lounge. See no great buildings within the city to spend a nice day, get a boat. Architectural boat tour is awesome. Locals use the foreign guests as an excuse to go. When you are in trouble, check out Millennium Park, with its own little take pictures of beans and water with the kids frolic.

Getting around
With all the holiday intoxicated, you'll be pleased to know that public transportation in Chicago is relatively safe, easy, and - in many cases - 24 hours a day. EL Green Line trains will take you to a hay fork (such as the Ashland bus, if you are coming or going from Wicker Park), Blue Line train between Logan Square, canvas art Wicker Park and downtown you if you were here the Lollapalooza music festival, you have your choice, trains and buses. Uber is ubiquitous.

Divvy up the city's bike-sharing option is a great way from here to there - BYO helmet. Tip: Check the Google route bike lanes, and avoid Ashland bike. Wood Street, a few blocks west to cut traffic is relatively light, there are bike paths places. Milwaukee Avenue and Dammam also bike friendly. If you want to, and the city's Lollapalooza music festival, Kinzie heart (hello, protect bike lanes!) Zone is your best choice.

Tucker joined the party
For the holiday eating, skipping hot dogs and pizza, and have some tacos. There are some neighborhoods, you can $ 2 taco happy tripping. But let us focus on what is close to the center of the festival.

If it is late, and you want a quick fix, you'd best go west town. In the streets of Chicago, you'll hit the open late, cheap taco shop gold. Best Taqueria Traspasada (cash only, open until 1:00).

The best place is part of hispter taco revolution has swept the city in the past few years, a big star in Wicker Park. If the patio packaging, ordering and planting grass on their Wicker Park across the street from the takeout window. Antique Taco (just down the street) is another local favorite. Beat the crowd, with their own way to Tau small bar in Humboldt Park. All provide a relatively cheap tacos and interesting combination, great drinks and solid chips and guac options. If Michelin star in Mexico is to your liking, you in the West Town Mexique.photo prints
